Bugünkü şirketimiz temettü yatırımcıları için biçilmiş kaftan olan YGGYO(Yeni Gimat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı) kısaca şirkete bir göz atalım.

Tarihçesi;

Hani birlikten güç doğar derlerya, bu söz tam bu şirket için söylenmiş. 1993 yılında kendi halinde esnaflık yapan Ankara daki gıda toptancıları bir araya geliyor ve harika bir şekilde organize olarak,gıda üzerine toplu işyeri yapı kooperatifi kuruyorlar.

Şirket ilk yatırımını 1995 yılında,Ankara daki Et ve Balık Kurumuna ait olan arsayı ihale sonucu satın alarak (30 Milyon $ peşin ödeme) yapmış, Migros ile arsa karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesi yapılmış, %30 Migros %70 Gimat’a ait olmak kaydı ile alışveriş inşaatı projesi gerçekleşmiştir.(migros avm)

Alışveriş merkezi 1999 yılında faliyete geçmiştir. Şirket kendi bünyesinde olan arsaya yeni bir alışveriş merkezi inşaatına 2004 yılında başlamış, 2 sene içerisinde inşaatı tamamlanan proje ile migros avm birleştirilerek ANKAmall ismini almıştır.

Şirketin ikinci yatırım projesi 263 odalı otel inşaatı 2008 yılında tamamlanarak, Crowne Plaza otel olarak hizmete başlamıştır. 2013 senesinde SPK dan onay alan şirket GYO(gayri menkul yatırım ortaklıgı) dönüşerek,YGGYO unvanı ile Ağustos 2013 borsa İstanbul da islem görmeye başlamıştı.

Biz temettü yatırımcıları için YGGYO tam biçilmiş kaftan demiştik, şirket 2014 yılından bu döneme kadar, her yıl düzenli temettü ödemesi yaparak yatırımcısına güven vermekle beraber, temettü verimini %5 in altına hiç düşürmemiş ve her dönem bir miktar ödemesini artırmaya devam etmiştir.

Temettü geçmişi

2022 temettü ödemesi için yönetim kuruluna sunulan tutar pay başına 1,50 kuruş.(%6,6) temettü verimi gerçekten gayet başarılı.

Borsa İstanbul şirketleri arasında son 3 yılda temettü verimi olarak %5 in üzerinde olan 12 şirketin arasına girmeyi başarmıştır.

Çağımızın alışveriş tutkusunu da düşünerek, hayatımızın vazgeçilmezleri Avm ler hep hareketli ve dolu olacaktır. Bu sebeple şirketin kira gelirlerini sürekli olarak artırması muhtemel.
